T10/6010 Camp Bartle Sign-up Meeting – April 17th

Please click to download the fillable pdf forms on your computer, complete ALL information requested and bring the forms with you to the April 17th Camp Bartle Sign-up Meeting. Final Scout and Adult Camp Payment(s) are due at Sign-up. Please bring a check or Venmo.

Health Forms / Scout Medication Procedure

All Scouts and Adults attending Camp Bartle MUST have a current health physical and BSA Part C Form completely filled out. We need completed Health Form Parts A, B, C at time of registration on April 17th.

The BSA Health Form Part C must be turned to the T10/6010 Health Form Coordinator at a Troop meeting no later than May 30th or you WILL NOT be allowed to attend Camp Bartle.

• Troop 10/6010 Medication Procedure – Follow these instructions for all Scout Medications. All medications to be checked-in before the we leave for Camp Bartle.

Fee Information

Please refer to the fee schedule for 2023. Payment may be made to the Troop Treasurer Arwen Moore at any troop meeting.
